The call for submitting abstracts for the conference is now open and we would like to invite you to submit an abstract. Your contribution will be a step forward towards the success of this event. Please review the following information before submitting your abstract(s):

  1. Abstract should not exceed 300 words,
  2. All co-author names and affiliations should be included with the abstract submission,
  3. The presenting author must be clearly identified and, once the abstract and paper are accepted, must register and attend the conference to present their work,
  4. Abstracts should be informative and include the knowledge area, the problem description and its significance, the underlying methodological approach, the results, conclusions and the intended audience,
  5. An abstract may be submitted to only one conference session (General, Environmental, Structures, Transportation, or Cold Regions). If in doubt about the fit in a thematic area, please submit to the General conference, and
  6. One full conference registration permits presentation of up to 2 papers, while a student registration will permit presentation of 1 paper.

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and decisions on acceptance forwarded to authors per the announced important conference dates.

Abstracts that are selected for presentation at the General or Specialty Conferences will be expanded to either an extended 2-page abstract OR full paper (maximum 15-page long when using the conference paper template) for the official conference proceedings. Paper templates will be available in December 2021. The Technical Committee will recommend an appropriate conference session once the full paper is accepted.

Authors whose abstracts are selected for the General or Specialty Conferences will receive notification in December 2021.
